Can I buy safely on MODDLINC?

Yes, you can feel free to shop safely with all of our designers, as we only select the highest quality designers. Our customer service team is there to help you through the process in the uncommon event something goes wrong.

Can I buy with payments plan?

We offer the possibility to pay in multiple partial payments, that way you can purchase an item in a pace most comfortable to you. The piece is shipped as soon as the last payment is paid.

Are Moddlinc jewelry pieces authentic?

Absolutely Yes! as we included metals and stones details in each product page. Some pieces are gold filled and some are gold plated. If you feel confused in finding the right stone or metal contact us and we will reply in less than 24 hours.

Some designers provide GIA Certificate with fine jewelry pieces.

Why is the return or refund policy just for few days?

Yes, you're right. Since most pieces on our boutique are fine jewelry with average value around 2,500$, 4 days would be enough to make the decision to ask for a return or refund when a mistake occur from our side or order mistake was made by the client.

* Most designers accept refunds or returns up to 14 days.

How do I report a problem with my order?

In general, each designer has their own policies regarding returns and refunds. However, in the event there is a problem with your order, your first step is to contact us. Click on our contact us page for contact methods.

Can I change my email address?

You can update your email address at any time. Simply login to your account and click on account settings. Since your email address is the primary way of receiving information from us, please be sure to keep your email address updated.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

No problem, on the login page, click on Lost your password? This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address or username. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

We like to give our customers plenty of payment options. You can use any of the following types of methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. All payments are processed securely through PayPal Payment Page.
